We get lots of questions about NoPenaltyPoints but unfortunately we just don't have the resources to enter into individual correspondence - though often we really want to.

To address this we have introduced an 'Ask our Experts' section where take questions from our readers, have our experts answer them and then publish the questions and responses on this site.
