About Our Site

NoPenaltyPoints was formed to offer a unique reference point on what to do if you get a ticket for a motoring offence.

From time to time, most of us will get a motoring ticket, whether it's for speeding, driving a defective vehicle or parking somewhere we shouldn't. There are so many different rules and regulations surrounding motoring offences and the issuing of tickets, and often, they are not followed correctly. If this is the case, you may well have a good case for appeal.

An excellent resource for UK motorists, NoPenaltyPoints was created to give motorists a safe haven to come to for advice on what to do if you get a ticket for a motoring offence. On the site, you'll find tips and tricks to get out of paying any fines you are issued with, what to look for if you want to challenge the ticket, and what to expect as you go through the process of appealing against it, as well as much, much more.

All our features are written by people, who either have experience, or a particular interest in this area and are happy to answer any questions that you would like to put to them. So if you do get a ticket for a motoring offence, visit NoPenaltyPoints for interesting features, articles and practical advice - we might be able to help.

Our concern was that there was no single UK resource for interesting features and practical advice on this subject.

Our features and articles are written by experts - who have experience, or a particular interest in this area.

John, through PtS, is involved in a number of ventures including software and property companies. A percentage of revenue from these activities goes towards funding NoPenaltyPoints and a number of similar sites.
